Our ambassador program supports inspirational and driven athletes from a variety of disciples to empower health and wellbeing within their community.

Nick Carling - Thriathlete

Nick Carling is a promising long distance Triathlete on pursuit to a career as a Professional Triathlete. After entering the sport in 2011, Nick has focussed on developing himself into a great athlete along with building a setting himself up with a Coaching business to assist financially with the journey to the top.

3 x IRONMAN’s, over a dozen Half IRONMAN’s with 3 x podiums including 2 x age group wins, 4 x 70.3 World Championships Qualifications, 2 x ITU World Championships Qualifications, 5 x Half Marathon overall podiums and 60+ wins/podiums in races in North Queensland, has helped Nick build experience and focus on strengthening weaknesses.

Nick has been a strong leader in the community acting as President of the local Cairns Triathlon Club, ambassador for COUCH Cairns (a charity organisation building a Cancer Help & Wellness Centre), Race Director at local events and Commentator for IRONMAN.

Nick is also a qualified Triathlon Coach to a team of athletes of all abilities as well as a Corporate Personal Trainer looking after Far North Queensland Flight Centre consultants.

Whilst steadily developing as an athlete to soon join the elite category, Nick has dipped his toes in a number of different areas, gaining experience in Coaching, Event Management, Sports Photography and Commentating to ensure his future beyond racing is bright.
