Mayonnaise that tastes so good! Made with pure whole food ingredients, also a great source of fat.
I am so excited about this recipe because mayonnaise goes well with so many foods, and now we have a raw vegan version, that is creamy and delicious and good for you too.
Ingredients:
¼ cup of filtered water
¼ cup virgin coconut oil
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
¼ cup raw cauliflower
1 ¼ tsp mustard
1 tsp coconut nectar
1 tsp coconut vinegar
3 tbs lemon juice
¼ tsp pink salt or to taste
What to do:
Place all ingredients in high-speed blender and blend for approximately one minute, or until smooth and creamy.
