This smoothie is creamy, delicious and packed with great fats. Berries are very low in sugar, and the blend of almonds and coconut give it that beautiful punch of satiation and flavour. No sweet fruits or sweeteners are needed in this energy boosting drink.
1 x cup organic frozen berries (I like to mix these)
1 x flesh from one whole coconut
1 x water from one whole coconut
1/2 x cup almonds (soaked overnight)
2 x tbs MCT Oil
What To Do:
Blend until smooth and creamy.
