HAZELNUT + COCONUT BUTTER BOMBS

This delightfully simple to make recipe is full of plant based coconut love, and can be made with low carb Keto in mind, or if preferred, you can use optional sweeteners.
A truly magical creation that has lots of health promoting delicious ingredients.
1 Cup Roasted Hazelnuts
½ Cup Toasted Coconut Flakes
½ Cup Finely Desiccated Coconut
3 Tbsp Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener
½ tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
1. Pour all your ingredients into a food processor and lightly process to break down the nuts. 3-4 pulses. The mixture should still be quite chunky.
2. Prepare a 12 cup muffin tray with muffin cups. Evenly distribute the coconut mixture into the muffin tray. Top with extra crushed roasted hazelnuts, coconut flakes and shaved dark chocolate.
3. Refrigerate until set. Enjoy!
