- 1 tblsp coconut oil
- 1 banana
- ½ cup of frozen organic mixed berries
- ½ an apple diced
- 1 cucumber diced
- 1 tblsp flaxseed oil
- 1 large handful of fresh green romaine lettuce
What to do:
Add filtered water to create the desired texture. Combine all ingredients inside a blender and blast. Share, love and enjoy!
For some more body and fullness you can also add: 6-8 cashews or walnuts
