Guasha is an ancient skin cleansing and healing process that is inexpensive and easy to do.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup aluminium-free bicarb soda
1/4 cup triple distilled vodka
Toxin Free loofah or body scrub
What to do:
Mix the vodka and bicarb soda mix in a jar until it is a putty consistency. Whilst taking a shower, turn off the water and scrub your entire body with this putty (preferably with a scrub brush, a mit or a loofah). Scrub everywhere, head, face, arms, legs everywhere. You might even get an itch in certain spots. Those spots are toxic irritants so focus even more on those spots. When your done scrubbing, turn the water back on the shower and rinse off.
Pat dry your entire body and then coat yourself in coconut oil.
Your skin will be clean and open to fully receive the healing effects of the coconut oil.
Repeat this cleanse every 2 weeks for 4 weeks, and then just once per month for another 3 months.
