Ingredients:
2 mushrooms
1 bunch of choy sum
handful of bean sprouts
handful of bean/glass or soba noodles
1 x 200g organic firm tofu packet
Broth:
1 tbsp organic brown rice miso paste
1 tbsp tamari
4 cups filtered water
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/2 tsp lime juice
Optional: tbs sesame and black seeds to garnish
What to do:
Combine broth ingredients (except coconut oil) and simmer
Chop veggies and tofu and add to the broth
Add noodles
Simmer for approximately 5 mins (till the noodles are cooked)
Add coconut oil and serve
