This is because the vinegar can increase the release of digestive enzymes from the pancreas and the production of hydrochloric acid in the stomach. This aids in the breakdown of food including proteins, maximising the nutrient absorption and availability of the foods you consume!

500ml of warm water
2 tablespoons of coconut cider vinegar
