Today is International Women’s Day, and to celebrate I wanted to share some fun facts about how all the women (and men) can incorporate Coconut Magic into your routines to boost your health and wellbeing.

Coconut Cider Vinegar is fermented making it a natural probiotic. While the high levels of lauric acid in coconut oil helps to protect against, bacterial, viral and yeast infections in the GUT!
