There is a great blend of healthy fibre, antioxidant, protein and so much more nutrition in this gorgeous bowl of berry and coconut delight.
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 tsp golden flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp acai berry powder
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or as required for blending)
What to do:
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender, until smooth with a thick ice cream texture. It will only take 1-2 minutes.
NB:Be careful not to over blend as this could spoil the creamy texture and consistency.
