The Chocolate Magic shake is food for the brain and for the body. Packed full of healthy fats,that is your essential fatty acids in cacao power and avocado, as well as our beloved medicinal coconut oil. Plus libido lifting fertility enhancing maca power. This is an amazing delight that brings a whole new meaning and experience to healthy food.
Ingredients:
1 x tablespoon maca powder
2 x tablespoons coconut oil
2-3 tablespoon raw cacao powder
1/2 large avocado (or whole small one)
1 x banana
1 x tablespoon coconut nectar
1 whole fresh coconut (we use the water and the meat)
Cacao Nibs to garnish
What to do:
Open the fresh coconut and pour the water inside the blender, scrape out the meat inside the coconut and add this also into the blender. Add all other ingredients and blend all together.
*Add fresh filtered water to achieve the desired consistency. This can be drunk like a shake or eaten like a soft delicious chocolate mousse.
