1 kiwi fruit, peeled
1 lime, peeled
1 large banana
1 large bunch of kale and spinach
1 handful of fresh parsley
1 cucumber, organic and not peeled
2 tablespoons of goji berries
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
1 cup of ice
1.5 cups of fresh filtered water
What to do
Blend all ingredients together in a high speed blender. Start blending at a low speed and then build up.
This will make alot of green smoothie so you can keep it in a jar in the fridge and drink throughout the day.
