1 x cup freshly squeezed orange
1 x tbs lime juice
1 x clove garlic
1 x slice ginger
1 x tsp turmeric powder
1 x tbs olive oil
1 x pinch cayenne pepper
What to do:
Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender for about 1 minute. If you like more of a bite, you can add more garlic and ginger.
Ginger, turmeric and garlic have very good natural anti viral and anti inflammatory properties, helping to build immune system.
