This is so delicious, and 100% raw. The chickpeas when sprouted blended well with tahini create a beautiful and creamy consistency. You can also add a spoon of coconut oil for more healthy fats and creaminess.
1 cup raw chickpeas (soak overnight 1-2 nights until sprouted)
1/4 cup chopped beetroot
1/4 cup tahini
1/4 cup chopped apple
2 tbs coconut cider vinegar

Blend, adding water if necessary to achieve desired consistency
