Ingredients:
1 avocado
4 tbsp coconut nectar
3 tbsp coconut oil
3/4 cup of cashews
3/4 cup raw cacao powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 pinch of salt
1.5 cups of filtered water
What to do:
In a high-speed blender, process all ingredients, adding water as necessary until you have created the desired texture. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving. Raw cacao is high in antioxidants and contains essential vitamins and minerals. It is known to improve brain function, quell headaches and even promote heart health. Raw cacao can even aid weight loss!
Garnish with fresh berries or raw cacao nibs.
