This is a fabulous idea that we came across a few years ago. It is easy to make, tastes good and works! A lemon flavoured coconut oil candy that can be a great treatment for constipation, especially popular for kids.

Ingredients:
1 cup organic coconut oil, melted
1/4 to 1/3 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp organic honey, (or coconut nectar or coconut sugar)
1/2 tbsp pink salt, or sea salt
2 trays of candy moulds or shaped silicone ice cube trays
What to do:
If your coconut oil is solid, melt the oil in a double boiler by putting it in a glass jar and then putting the jar in a pan of hot water.
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or with a handheld processor. Make sure it is mixed well so the sweetener doesn't separate from the oil otherwise it won't freeze nicely and evenly. Once all ingredients are well-combined pour into the candy molds.
You can taste it as you go along and make it as sweet or as sour as you like.
Freeze the molds for at least an hour before taking the candies out. They’ll keep fine in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
