Radiant Health -You Are What You Eat and Think!

The definition of wellness is a state of being healthy in both body and mind. When we add spirit to the mix we light the flame of inner radiance, the light and power that comes from within.

Radiant health embodies right thinking, conscious eating and energetic flow. There is no separation and therefore radiant health is a state of being and living with optimal energy, health and beauty.

When the mind is light the body is in balance, when the body is in balance energy can flow, from here both wellness and synchronicity happens.
Coconut oil appears to have a unique ability to normalize bodily functions. It works with the cause of imbalances to heal, nourish and repair. It’s health properties help the body return to it’s natural state.

You are What You Eat (and Think)
The food we eat and the thoughts we have, have everything to do with embodying radiant health. Food carries with it its own vibration, and so do our thoughts.

Fresh live organic foods, raw and super foods are rich in minerals, vitamins, fibre and essential fats. They are high in both nutrition and life force. They carry a high vibration that helps the body to reconnect with Mother Nature, and with our natural state of perfect health.

Whole foods and super foods have medicinal qualities that contribute the prevention and healing of disease, and our overall wellbeing.

- The body’s PH Acid/Alkaline balance. Due to the toxicity of our environment and the stress of life many of us have an overload of acidity in the body. We need to alkalise, and eat alkaline rich foods that help us to detoxify and bring this back into balance.

– Inner beauty is a state of inner calm, clarity, peace and wellness. There are foods we can eat to help us achieve this state of inner beauty. Foods that are rich in minerals and Mother Nature’s magic have beautifying affects. They beautify from within and also enrich the skin, nails and hair.

– Thoughts are forces of energy. Right thinking is inspired vision. It is seeing the world and what we experience through the eyes of the soul. With gratitude, faith and a vision for growth. With light energy the body can be strong as it is not struggling or fighting to survive and ‘feel better’.
