This is a super refreshing, not too sweet drink that I made over summer. It has a nice kick to it with the added health benefits of Coconut Cider Vinegar.
Makes 1 – 2 Drinks
2 tablespoons of Coconut Cider Vinegar
2 teaspoons of Coconut Flower Nectar
1 teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
1 cup of water (it tastes even better with sparkling water)
What to do:
Place all ingredients in a jar, seal and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before drinking.
Shake or stir before serving.
Serve over ice and enjoy!
